Refunds and Returns
Returns of any defective product must be returned within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.
Customers will need to organise shipping back to us, we will send through a prepaid tracking slip via email for the customer to print and use to return the defective goods.
We do not allow returns for change of mind.
Refunds/Replacements will be confirmed once the goods have been received by us and if the item is accepted as faulty through no fault of the consumer then we will either process the refund to the payment method that was used to purchase or replace the order.
