Our accommodation service provides a hospitality-style, quality  and consistent outstanding service clean  at a time that’s convenient to you/your guests and what’s more - you can pass on a cleaning fee. You’ll love our work, and so will your guests!. 

Maintenance Deep Cleaning:
Designed to be performed every 5-8 short reservations or after any stay longer than 2 weeks. We then design and deliver tailored cleaning solutions to meet your holiday rental  needs.

Inspection on damage report and replacement of the items »

We can take photos upon arrival in instances where the property has been left in worse state than others and so that you are able to see why it may have taken longer than normal and or if the guests are liable for any extra costs.

Products and equipment »

As part of our service we provide all the best equipment and high quality products required to service your property. We care about our environment and where possible use the very best environmentally friendly products and we will provide all cleaning supplies, unless prior arrangement is made.

Bookings »

It is paramount that your property is ready for the arrival of your guests. To ensure that your property is ready and immaculately presented, we advise that you book your cleaning service in as soon as the booking is made. Anything under 24 hours notice, we will do our best but can not guarantee this, this needs to be arranged by calling us directly.

Extras

Rubbish removal
We can and will base the cost of rubbish removal on local council rubbish bags.

Condiments/Consumables
Such as tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper will be charged if required to be purchased.

General
Replacement of light bulbs, broken cups, plates, glasses etc will be charged at the price of the goods.

Anything else
Anything not stipulated will be communicated and approval sort prior to further action.

How long my accommodation property will take to be clean?
When determining how long a property will take to clean there are a number of elements that Jones and Co Cleaning Services consider, this includes: overall size / floor area, kitchen amenities, type of surface materials, and all aspects of the specific requirements to your property.
Can we customize the checklist?
Yes. You can customize the checklist for your property and add all the specifications as part of the turnover cleaning or any cleaning option you prefer.
Is laundry included?
Yes. On-site laundry, off-site laundry or rented linen service can be included.
How to handle the keys?
Most of our clients simply provide us with a key or access code and we take care of the rest.
Do I get the same team member each time?
We do our best to make this happen, however no matter which if our highly trained team members provides your service, you can rest assured that you will receive the same high quality Jones and Co service.
Are your services always available?
Book 48 hours in advance and we GUARANTEE you'll be covered. Anything less than 48 hours, we can not guarantee the service but we will try and do our very best.
What happens if extra time is needed?
We will ensure your property is ready for the next guests. Photos and a detailed explanation will be given.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and rescheduling will be accepted up to within 24 hours of the provision of services. For any cancellations under 48 hours please call us to discuss. Failure to give adequate notice may mean you are subject to 75 % of the regular service fee. This includes occasions when our team are not able to access your household, section or workspace at the scheduled time.
