Designed to be performed every 5-8 short reservations or after any stay longer than 2 weeks. We then design and deliver tailored cleaning solutions to meet your holiday rental needs.
It is paramount that your property is ready for the arrival of your guests.
To ensure that your property is ready and immaculately presented, we advise that you book your cleaning service in as soon as the booking is made. Anything under 24 hours notice, we will do our best but can not guarantee this, this needs to be arranged by calling us directly.
We can and will base the cost of rubbish removal on local council rubbish bags.
Such as tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper will be charged if required to be purchased.
Replacement of light bulbs, broken cups, plates, glasses etc will be charged at the price of the goods.
Anything not stipulated will be communicated and approval sort prior to further action.
