Hi, I’m Ally, the founder of Jones and Co Cleaning, Property & Lifestyle Solutions. I was in a similar position 20 years ago to what I imagine has brought you here today, where I found myself wanting to build financial security for my family and my future. So I decided to utilise my diverse business and life experience skills and my passion for the hospitality and cleaning industry and start Jones and Co Cleaning, Property and Lifestyle Solutions.
I have taken my skills and experiences over the past 20 years and developed an intensive training program for my staff so I can feel confident that no matter who is working, my clients will receive the same high-quality clean that they would get if I did it personally. I have tried and tested this training process and it works! My clients will tell you themselves, they trust they will get a consistently high-quality cleaning service time after time.
I firmly believe there is a gap in the market for a premium cleaning service that clients can rely on so I decided to take this one step further and set up Jones and Co business opportunities so people in a similar position as me and with similar ambitions have options. But as I know how hard it can be going out on business on your own, I have developed this with the support and guidance that I wished I had had.
Flexibility to succeed
We know that everyone’s lives are different and so it’s your choice if 20 hours works for you or 50 is more up your alley. You decide what you want to work and we will work collaboratively with you to ensure you have enough work to support your desired workload.
We know that marketing and generating leads can be daunting so we have our own in-house marketing team that will sort all of this for you!
An important component to anyone looking at investing in a business is what the earning potential is. At Jones and Co we value and believe in paying you what you are worth - this is reflected in the hourly rate that we pay you for every hour that you work each week - you work we pay!
At Jones and Co training is our number one priority. We know that by investing time in training our people, we are investing in the future of Jones and Co. The training program has been developed personally by Ally and is unlike what any other cleaning company offers. It is essentially like an apprenticeship which is made up of two parts: practical + theoretical learning.
After 3 months, you will be cleaning like a pro, you will have received hands-on experience in both the classroom and out on the job – so you’ll always feel confident to deliver a Jones and Co standard of clean.
Equipment + Products
In order to clean like a professional, you need all the best equipment and cleaning products and with Jones and Co we have done the hard work sourcing and testing these for you.
So when you become a Jones and Co Owner you will receive an Equipment and Product start up kit to get you going straight away.
Accounts & Administrative Support
We know that the accounting and administrative side of the business can be just as hard as the cleaning side, so at the Jones and Co head office we will look after all of this for you. This includes GST, invoicing, scheduling and much more!
